To provide you with the proper support please include this information in your email message or have it ready when you call:
- The first and last name used to subscribe to PrimeTime2Go
- Your device model (i.e. BlackBerry Bold 9000)
- O/S version
- Your PIN number.
•For BlackBerry devices, your BlackBerry PIN is used. Your PIN can be found by clicking the "About" menu option in PrimeTime2Go.
•For Android devices, your PIN can be found by clicking the "Settings" menu option in PrimeTime2Go.
Refund Policy
PrimeTime2Go brings you a subscription-based application, offering you the best of PrimeTime content. Refunds will only be provided by QuickPlay Media under the following conditions:
- You are unable to access the application to view TV episodes, and our attempts to fix the issues fail.
Here are some examples of situations where QuickPlay Media will not offer a refund:
- You don't have convenient access to a Wi-Fi connection.
- The service does not match your expectations and you don't like it.
- You purchased the PrimeTime2Go application from App World, but never use it.
- You used the wrong payment method in your PayPal account and now you'd like to change the payment method.
- You didn't know who to contact to cancel your service, and now you've been charged.
- You couldn't find the support contact information.
- PrimeTime2Go is not available on your BlackBerry or Android device (you either have an operating system that the application is not available on, or you have switched to a device that the application is not available on).
- There wasn't enough time for you to watch the content before it expired.
- You bought the service, but now you are travelling and cannot download content.
- A family member, or someone else, bought the service without your permission.
