PrimeTime2Go Requirements



You will need the following items to subscribe to PrimeTime2Go:

  1. The service is currently available in the U.S. to customers with select BlackBerry and Motorola smartphones.

    Specific requirements are as follows;

    AT&T Customers

    BlackBerry Torch 9800. The service is available by selecting the PrimeTime2Go icon on the device. The service is billed directly to the AT&T account.
    BlackBerry Bold 9000. The service is available via BlackBerry App World. Billing is via PayPal.
    BlackBerry Curve 8900. The service is available via BlackBerry App World. Billing is via PayPal.
    Motorola BackFlip. The service is available via Android Marketplace. Billing is via PayPal.

    T-Mobile Customers

    BlackBerry Bold 9700. The service is available by selecting the PrimeTime2Go icon on the device. If you are unable to locate the icon please click here for directions. The service is billed directly to the T-Mobile account.

    BlackBerry Curve 8900. The service is available via BlackBerry App World. Billing is via PayPal.
    Motorola CLIQ. The service is available via Android Marketplace. Billing is via PayPal.
    Motorola CLIQ XT. The service is available via Android Marketplace. Billing is via PayPal.



    Verizon Customers

    DROID X by Motorola. The service is available via Android Marketplace. Billing is via PayPal.
    DROID by Motorola. The service is available via Android Marketplace. Billing is via PayPal.

  2. A MicroSD card to store shows (512 MB or higher is recommended).
  3. Device operating system:

    For BlackBerry devices: Your device must be running operating system version 4.6.0.167, 4.6.1.114, 4.6.1.231, or 6.0. To check your operating system version on your BlackBerry®,
    visit Options > About.
    For Android devices: Your device must be running Android OS 1.6 or 2.0. To check your operating system version on your Android device, visit Settings > About Phone.

  4. Access to a Wi-Fi connection to download shows. Once shows are downloaded a Wi-Fi connection is not needed to view.
  5. T-Mobile customers with the BlackBerry® Bold™ 9700 smartphone will be billed directly on their T-Mobile bill. Customers subscribing via BlackBerry App World and Android Marketplace are billed via Pay Pal. If you do not have a PayPal account you can sign up for one here.
